What Counts as IP?

Anything original that you create, and that you legally own, can be registered as intellectual property on IPBLOCK.

If it’s your work and it has creative, functional, or commercial value, it qualifies. Here are some common examples:

Visual Art

Illustrations, digital paintings, photography, character designs, concept art, NFTs, and any other original visual content.

Music & Audio

Songs, beats, compositions, voice recordings, podcasts, sound effects, and other audio-based assets.

Written Content

Books, blog posts, scripts, lyrics, research papers, documentation, or anything you've written and own.

Code & Software

Front-end templates, smart contracts, scripts, plug-ins, APIs, or entire applications.

Branding & Identity

Logos, taglines, packaging designs, product names, and other brand assets that represent your business or personal brand.

Game Assets

Sprites, textures, environments, 3D models, audio files, or animations used in game development.

If you're unsure whether something qualifies, ask this:

“Did I create this from scratch or hold the rights to it?”

If the answer is yes, you can register it.
